Final Project Pitch, Allison Trobiano

I would like to do a combination of video and audio for my final project. I want to focus on the "blue laws" that are still enforced in Bergen County, N.J, which prohibit basically all kinds of shopping on Sundays. The laws have been in affect for a long time now, but have stirred controversy as Bergen County is one of the last areas in the country to still enforce blue laws, but it is one of the biggest retail areas in the country too with 5 major shopping malls. With the holidays coming up, the malls become much crazier, and I think I could get some good footage to display the chaos on Saturdays and even weekdays. I would like to interview several people with different opinions on the blue laws as well, some of which could act as audio over video footage. I also think I would include audio of myself as well to give a short explanation and background information on the situation to fill in what isn't said by my interviewees.
