For my final project, I was thinking of doing a video/photography presentation on the restaurant Bagel Place on rt. 1. I have a friend that works there and I was hoping she could help me get in touch with a manager and other employees about doing some interviews, getting footage, etc.
The restaurant has a lot of unique, University of Maryland-related menu items and always has long lines on Saturday and Sunday mornings as students are just waking up. I want to speak to a manager, employees and customers and get some footage of the bagel-making machine and their operations to add interest.
